I use pretty similar exercises for my stroke patients. I can assure u that they work wonders when it comes to standing from a chair. The hard part is teaching the patient the right model of locomotion. Great video and really nice explanation of the exercises!

Wow, you are so helpful.
Years after After a TBI, I have several of issues as spasticity in my ankle leg, weakness, drop-foot, neuropathy, and even fear of falling forward. Your video nails it and so many of your videos show how well you understand and provide some very helpful exercises, and strategies, ... Bless you in your work and life...

Thank you. You made it so easy and Just stood once without leaning on something. I will keep doing all the trainings and go through the progressions. I bope I will ne successful and everyone else watching this video.

Thanks, Tara. This is just what I have been looking for. I don't know really how to distribute the weight and all I was practicing the weight not on centre of gravity. Will practice this and post the results.
