The reason I think it is cause one min you'll feel fine then the next you'll feel nauseous bad headache and hella aches throughout yo body hope she gets thru it she will feel better later today or tomorrow but if she does have COVID it's gonna have her feeling pretty weak after feel better pretty girl ❤️

My friend was recently having the same symptoms and it ended up being her gallbladder, if the stomach pain continues you should definitely go get checked out. Hope she feels better💕💕
