Built in 1995 by Mike Smith The Truggy aka Land Shark came out of the box swinging during its time. 27 race wins, 7 championships , 4 Baja overall wins. It was ahead of it's time. In 2015 while racing Norra. The car would catch on fire and burn to the ground. One of the most victorious offroad cars ever built. GONE. But the Herbst family would not give up on her. Bringing her back from the ashes to hunt again almost 10 years later. THE LANDSHARK IS BACK

The truggy was the most radical designed cars out in the desert in my opinion. Was so glad to see her in action in all her glory back in late 90s.

You don’t know how much I’m freaking out about this right now. I literally cried when I watched the land shark in flames and when it didn’t come back I was heartbroken. The land sharks was my most favorite desert vehicle to watch race and it just became that again. The excitement is unreal right now. IT’S BACK BABY 🎉
