Yes I always wear sun screen, usually I put it on about twenty or thirty minutes before to go to the beach . I like these shorts they are very useful but I also watch the .others one. Thank you for your special lessons Saluti a tutta la famiglia

Yes, I wear tons of sun cream...and yes, factor 50! I don't sunbathe though I wear it for protection and I put on a hat...good job I don't live in the south of Italy! James is so cute I reckon all the girls have a crush on him. ( separable, inseparable phrasal verbs... hard work) 🙃

Hi Joe! Thanks for the new words and expressions. When I was younger I have to say I used to sunbathe for hours just like a lizard🦎, without caring about sunscreen, beach umbrella or any kind of shadow... well, that's definitely not a good habit to have, quite unrespectful of one's skin health.
Now I still happen to forget to buy me sunscreen, but when doing so I usually regret it😄 Anyway I rely much more on beach umbrella now than I used to do in my youth ⛱

When I catch the sun I always put the sun cream on. I use SPF 50+ !!! I'm Mediterranean woman but my skin is really light !!! ( About the colour of skin, I'd a question : why when I had my jab the nurse wrote : white not British ? Thanks in advance )
