This is a very beautiful demo and very clean model too. I've been using MeshOps quite extensively for my latest project and I'm glad it allows me to block out my ideas.

15:34 ah.. that sweet modo performance. 6000 triangles and fps is like 2. I really hope they can bring some power into this soon..

Brilliant idea to use transparent material for Cutting objects.
I think I'm going to use that for all of my MeshOps, so much easier to pick sources etc.
How haven't I thought about that one, so simple but geniously practical.
ps. Get WayIcons ;) Modo looks broken without those :D
(... or maybe you like to keep it vanilla for tutorials)

Wow...a long time Modo user of many years, and asset creator for flight sims, and you're teaching me things. So the "Merge Meshes" essentially creates a clone, so you move the cutter merged geometry, and cutter merged follows and does the actual cutting? If I understand that correctly. You're going to save me so much time on this next project. Just updating my skills to 16 from doing everything old school with an older Modo 5
