I'm not familiar with that particular saw, but as someone who grew up in a family who always did their own gardening/annual tree pruning at home, and continues to do so on my own, I can only hope that the blade is far more durable than those piece of junk excuses for folding pruning saws Stihl slaps their name on and charges absolutely ridiculous prices for - with some whacked-out metallurgy, leading tips to snap off practically just from breathing on them. I don't even want to think about how much that blade costs, but it sure makes a pretty sound.

I just cut a 13" diameter tree with my BigBoy 2000. It took a long time, mostly because the tree was on the ground and I had to deal with blade pinching. I will be getting a Katanaboy soon.
