This video is stupid.
1) JioFi is LTE not VoLTE.
2) 1-2kb that you see is the request your phone made to the JioFi device. Even if there's no sim inside the JioFi device you'll still see that 1-2kb as long as your connected to the device.
3) JioFi is locked. There's no patch-up between Jio VoLTE sim and JioFi VoLTE.
