Am a forth year medical student and I'm actually doing my psychiatry clinicals now. I do not think she is "crazy", instead she is having a mental break down. If she could get checked into some psychiatry facility where she can be given some mood stabilizers and talk with a psychiatrist for a few days or weeks it would be helpful to her. She is not psychotic or depressed, however, she is overwhelmed with guilt which is making her a risk to herself. I think she needs to be monitored closely (1:1) for few days as she can do anything silly to harm herself. Yes a pastor can help her with her reformation into Christianity however, she is in dire need of Psychotherapy.
