Is it possible to install a sub-theme on a mac computer? I can't/Don't know how to access acquia - drupallegoland - sites - ect. on my mac computer.

HOW?!?!? You enable your subtheme and immediately you have what looks like a typical Bootstrap page. Me, I get no styling and I follow all of these steps. It's driving me insane!
