Why invest in nuclear warheads when the U.S. has a very weak cyber defense. If i was Kim Jong Un i would invest in computer parts and hackers.

North Korea may have certain capabilities of creating nuclear ballistic missiles, but for them to strike and attack is a whole different story. They do not have the resource let alone the technology in order to carry out such a suicide mission. They simply want to provoke the world that they're capable of causing mass destruction if the regime DPRK falls under someone's else control. Kinda like a kid from the suburbs trying to protect his "turf" with a gun, And with help from his crime boss in Beijing, now kim is realizing his presence within Asia is diminishing and china does not want a Allie with such irrational and dangerous goals. Maybe it's time for peace negations around the clock with DPRK for a more stabilized solution? It seems kim is suffering from little dog syndrome and wants to be refinished yet he fails to do it in a modern way. He's still stuck 45 years behind technologically and politically. Plus his complete ruthlessness towards North Koreans is also worrying.
