Why? Phoenix is dirty, the police are too busy violating people’s rights, public transit is where the homeless sleep and escape the heat. The cost of gas is Comifornia early years pricing and climbing. The homeless demand money and even asking for you to hit the ATM if you don’t have cash on hand. The housing is super inflated and rents are being driven up because unscrupulous landlords taking bids for apartments. Governor is weak minded democrat who will create a state Calizona along side greasy Gavin Newsom. Sell while you can and take the inflated profits and run to better place.
