Your videos have helped me a lot in improving my game, although I am just a casual player, not a professional like you. The way you explain things is both enjoyable and very easy to grasp.

A fine lesson as usual. I love when my opponent plays this opening against me. I usually win the game, and often win their Queen. There are often opportunities against club level opponents to reveal bishop attacks against the Queen. Make sure you set up a good story for why the pawn or piece is desperately moving, and this will help distract the opponent from looking at his Queen.

I play the Scandinavian a lot, and it would be really helpful if you made a video on how to avoid this trap.
Thanks a lot for this video. Super informative!!

In the beginning of the gambit if you go knight b5 1:36 and they go knight a6 to protect, is the gambit lost? How do you get rid of that night that’s always protecting the forking square for king and rook plus queen is aligned with knight so no opp for any traps it seems

You didn't cover Na6. First thing an opponent played against me and I got crushed. It's the move with the highest WR for black, so would be nice if you covered it. Other than that thanks for the good content 👍

How do you evaluate the position after 6.Bc4 Nf6 7.Nf3 a6 ? In my mind, after only 7 moves Black is already better. Far from crushing the Scandinavian defense. I have an old book by J Du Mont (1919) About the Mieses gambit he wrote than a timely ...a6 is a key move for black.
