So happy to see Dr Kruse tell it like it is! As a Nurse Practitioner my rude awakening was when I realized all my cardiac patients were treated the same- algorithm and protocols. I call it «  cookbook medicine » did they improve? Each clinic visit medications were manipulated and it goes on and on. I was a medication dispensing robot! Clinic visit notes are novels and the more you write the higher the CPT billing code. Recently I was criticized for my holistic approach to cardiology and not following the «  medical protocol « . So appreciate the Heal Squad ! Keep up the good work so lay people can be educated to listen to the doctor within

This isn’t a channel I expected to see Uncle Jack on, BUT I am absolutely stoked that you have given him air time! And you are one of the first (popular or mainstream) after the Rick Rubin interview with A. Huberman. So big kudos and hugs to you Maria for opening your mind to speaking with him. (Get on it Huberman!) Uncle Jack (the good doctor) is decades ahead of ALL the scientists and health gurus (whether they have a medical degree or not) who give us fractional info that add up to very little… mostly because the research is dirty funded. I am healing quickly with Dr. Kruse’s wisdom. No drugs, no special treatments, or medical establishment will heal better than that which emerges from True Nature. Most everything else is a lie we’re being force fed. 🖖🏽💚

I loved this. My dad recently had open heart surgery and the hospital felt like a mortuary & when I was waiting in the pharmacy I felt like it was like watching illegal drugs being sold just legally. It all felt wrong and part of me felt, wow this is wild that people trust in the main stream that they blindly follow orders with no question or change in sight. Out of my family I am the only one who lives a holistic lifestyle (they think i'm a wack) - as best as possible - meaning i do know my lights in my home are not that great along with my computer and phone however I do my ultimate best to spend time in nature, no microwave in the home, Herb + natural foods, movement is my medicine, I am my own DR. until I need professional opinions to which I will discern because I have cultivated a life to get fully in- tuned with my body over the past 13+ years . I KNOW MY BODY
