California Winter Storm Update: Heavy snow continues to blanket the Sierra

In 1905 in the CA Sierra's there was record snowfall that pressed down on the Earth's crust, then uplifted in Spring when it thawed, initiating the famous 1906 Earthquake on the San Andreas fault. Here we are 117 years later with no major shift in that fault since then, with huge snowfall amounts in the Sierra's. Could there be a big earthquake along the San Andreas fault this Spring?
