Crystal light is definetly the answer. I was a big water drinker before the surgery . after I couldnt tolerate water at all for the first few months without crystal light.

So that's what i've been feeling! The osmolarity feels heavy on the stomach! Like I am drinking rocks. And I add sugar free lemonade to help me drink.

The first few weeks I had to drink room temp water. Now I find chilled is easier for me to drink and not feel sick after.

I couldn’t make it without my alkaline water ! If i drink regular tap my sleeve gets really noisy, kinda funny because my dogs will look at me like what the heck is that 😂. I cannot thank you, Dr.A for what you have given me with my new sleeve ! Much love to you !

💯 percent! I could not drink reg water and crystal light would settle better. Now I drink alkaline water. 2 years later some water still doesn’t sit well.

I don’t like alkaline water since I got my sleeve I used to love it. And I don’t like adding anything to my water 😩 I try to drink as much as I can but it’s usually 2 or if I’m lucky 3 of the 16 Oz water bottles
