Ok, if I can build a deck to code I can do this! I like the metal frame and hard board. Genius!

Nicely done. I want to do a variety. 1) Moveable, on solid / big castors (to get around code and put on side yard), 2) No L, just straight. 3) Griddle, natural gas, 4) Counter top on one side of griddle, butcher block on the other (think carne, tacos). I think the biggest element is going to be to have something build the frame, since it will need to accommodate the griddle, cabinet doors, the castors, the counter top and butcher block. If you have any ideas, gotchas, etc. love to hear them.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for (for husbands next project). I think he will be pleased with how you did yours as well for that price. Great job!!!!

Great job...you spoke about extending the counter part for stools to eat off side but I noticed your lawn is sloping on that side....you might have to add soil to level the area so the barstools dont tip ...but then again maybe the view is deceptive...just remember safety....great job

I am seeing a redwood patio deck extending off your bar stool side, with a guard rail (quite a drop off once you extend), and then extend out your counter top by 12" for leg room. Looks great though. Looks like NoCal, oak trees in background. Nice.

The Grill looks nice -thank you for showing and explaining what you did as well as things you might want to do differently—especially since you have gone through the process. I do have a question how do you care for your travertine tiles around your pool n cook top
Thank - you

Love this and thank you! We want to do this with the bar stool idea. Any additional advice other than what you included in the video? Again, great video and thank you!

Thank you for the great videos bud! I am happy to let you know we now have an all new system with real steel tubes, connectors and telescoping tubes for no cutting on the length of the modules. Everyone so far loves the new system!!! It is a lot easier. If you ever want to make a new video let me know and we will give you free kits to make it! Thanks. BBQ Coach

I'm doing something similar, all wood fired but hoping to make a combo smoker, grill, evaporator, oven, we'll see what happens, I'll try to capture it all and put on my channel

How has it aged? Stayed level and square? How has the stainless held up?

Extra mortar mix on the stone is fine…. Dont be that guy. Don’t fancy up stone and mortar too much, leave it looking natural like it should be. A little extra mortar never hurt anybody.
