Granola bars / Energy bars are supplemental bars containing cereals and other high energy foods for people who need quick energy but do not have time for a meal.
INGREDIENTS:
Rolled Oats. 3 cups
Almonds 1 cup
Pistachio 1 cup
Cashew Nuts ½ cup
Walnuts ½ cup
Pumpkin seeds ¼ cup
sunflower seeds ¼ cup
Sesame seeds ⅛ cup (or 2 tbsp)
Black sesame seeds ⅛ (or 2 tbsp)
Dried Cran Berries ½ cup
Dried Blueberries ½ cup
Dates 300g
Honey ½ cup
