I received an email from a company I just bought a chrome ext for my laptop. I clicked on their link and received this error. Is there anything I can do to fix on my side to access the info? Or is this something the company has to fix internally?

Slight, but important correction needed in his terminology (I am sure he just wasn't thinking about how he was wording his statement). When you run a Browser app on a Client PC, you are making the request *FROM the client TO the server. When the server responds to the client/browser request, the Browser App will then render (display) the web page that was requested. The Server is responsible for hosting the Web Site and serving up the web pages/web content whenever a client makes a request.

Excellent man. Just what I needed. I thought all 404s were bad. Knowing that they are not really helps as i analyze the errors on my website. I didn't even think to create a 404 page that can redirect people to different parts of my page depending on what they're looking for. Awesome...thanks so much

So I have an antagonist on Reddit who says that setting up a server that always returns 200 OK and serves the standard page and the scripts and having the scripts route the URI and give a soft 404 display is fine. Do you see any problem with that practice?

No need to get a 404 error when editing a YT comment though lol.. what are they saying? The page no longer exists and should be redirected? That’s BS.. they are not allowing commenters who speak outside the box to post imo

This is a bad code who ever sent me the text stole over 10 This and dollars which this is really awful to pray on senior citizens I'm 73 years old and worked all my life and have been ripped of many times.
