'Liberation Day' Is Coming April 2, Trump Says

President Donald Trump outlines his plan for tariffs that are going to come into effect on April 2. He calls it "Liberation Day." “They’ve charged us so much that I’m embarrassed to charge them what they’ve charged us, but it’ll be substantial, and you’ll be hearing about that on April 2," Trump said at the White House. Trump also threatened an additional 25% tariff on any nation that buys oil and gas from Venezuela.
