Agree. Wearing BRA all day long is a punishment over that it's very unhealthy because all day long the elastic compress the breast area nerve and it may cause BREAST Cancer too. Over that Bra is meant for heavy breast to support the breast and for small size girls it's not required and unhealthy too.

I tried not wearing bras in lockdown but it gave me rashes. I couldn't wear normal bra again because of the discomfort they give. I switched to sports bra without padding and it feels so comfortable like I am not wearing any.

women need to create dialogue around their comfort in day-to-day routine. social norms don't change in a day but with continuous dialogue and awareness, in 2-3 generations change can be brought, be it making normal for girls to not wear bra or any other issue.

You’re not supposed to sleep in a bra. That’s obviously not going to be comfortable. In fact it’s best to sleep naked but if you can’t then light breathable clothing is important. Bras are only meant to support breasts during the day when you’re going outside and are going to be busy. If someone has a B cup size or less then they don’t even really need a bra because the breasts are small enough not to need extra support. For cup sizes C and bigger you just need to wear one during the day.
