i just feel like fixing mechs is so much easier then all the other stuff, like correct comms and map awareness so this is a pretty good problem to have all things considering

I feel like amazing game sense and communication in lower elo won't get you anywhere if your mechanics are not there. Most of the time your team won't listen or pay attention to what you are trying to communicate, or they will simply not cooperate, which would explain why a great leader like this guy is gold. Having done the grind recently, all I can say is that mechanic improvements start to have diminishing returns in around high-diamond, so to all your silver-gold players out there, focus on mechanics and developing good habits, that's gonna make you climb faster. However, if this guy starts grinding aim labs and movement courses, his rank is going to skyrocket in a heartbeat.

its insane how some of his callouts and mid round tatics are something im still trying to incorporate as a diam player. Like when I see his comms, its like im looking at my desired future self.

Bro, some diam players dont even understand my callouts and just straight up ignored me. and this guy is doing a better comm than me in gold 1? I cant imagine the amount of times he got ignored by his teammate despite giving a good tactic just bcs they dont understand what he is saying.

I cant agree more that Woohoojin is predicting him to be at least high diam, he has to be. His mechanic is pretty much the only thing holding him down.

Crazy how such a good IGL is literally stuck in gold; if that guy had me as a duelist I'm pretty sure both of us would be high Plat low Dia minimum(me because of my trained mechanics, him because of his gamesense and telling me what to do)

As a silver player, i relate to what roljy said at 6:20. My eyes can become laser focused and accidentally look over things sometimes aswell. This video makes me want to become more aware of my environments
