I bought the #6 Nylon anchors. Failed at 16.42lbs spread over two of these anchors while they were rated for 50lbs. What a joke!

We bought the zinc anchors but can’t figure out how to use them. The included #8 screws just spin in the anchor. How are these supposed to work?
