Last week, I got a phone call asking for tax advice (I run a tax business) for opening a new business.
I asked the woman what her business was, and she said she's opening a cat cafe about a mile from where I work!
Naturally, preparing taxes for this business will be the most important project of my life.
I know here in the US though, health codes can make this tricky. But it looks like there's some emphasis on food being pre-prepared rather than made in house to skirt some health regulations. I was thinking that partnering with a local restaurant or grocery store for cutesy bento would be absolutely perfect.

This skill is something that the USA needs. More importantly, the USA needs to learn the value of it, and respect the practitioners. I believe many people in the USA would see this sort of thing as something trivial, but it's not trival; it's an expression of love that can be enjoyed visually, and enjoyed through taste.
