The crazy thing with Jenny's video is you can tell she went into it really wanting to love it - she was genuinely receptive, and the actual experience completely failed her. Makes it far more damning.

Jenny is like if Sisyphus was in love with the bolder that tries to crush him. Her critiques come out of a genuine love for the Themed entertainment medium, she constantly brings up the good amongst the bad of the hotel. it just sucks when that medium is driven by a price gouging morally dubious company that uses brand loyalty as a shield

Knowing just a little about corporate management, I'm sure there was a small handful of people at Disney overseeing the Galactic Starcruiser project who worked super hard but weren't given nearly enough time and resources to make the c-suite's harebrained schemes come to life. And now of course I'm sure it's on them that the thing was a huge failure
