ALLELUIA (R. Cayabyab) - for the Advent Season

Показать описание
This version of the Alleluia was composed by National Artist, Mr. Ryan Cayabyab, in his album "Mass for Peace". It is also one of the suggested versions of the Alleluia in some choirs during the Season of Advent, to set the moderate tone of the season. Rendering this version of the Alleluia is The Lighter Side Movement Choir, one of the regular choirs @ San Felipe Neri Parish in Mandaluyong City. Credits to the RCAM - Chapel of the Eucharistic Lord Facebook page for the original video recording of the whole Mass.
The liturgical instructions for Advent invite the faithful to be moderate in the background settings of the church, which also includes the sacred music for this season. Unlike Lent, the "Alleluia" is sung during Advent in a moderate tone that prepares the faithful for the joyful expectation of the Christ who has come in history (Christmas), will be coming in the end of the world for the Final Judgment, and is always coming in our lives and through the different signs and people we see.
