I play 4 accounts. Usually I check traps twice a day, sometimes on weekends though 3 or 4 times. So 8 - 16 traps get opened every day, for 2 years. Never have I seen a blazing lion in a trap. And I get it.. 1 in 10, 000 is super tiny odds.
I do however have about 30 magma moose and 30 toasty panda and for some reason, like 50 snails.. why do snails love me so much?
So if they do a pet refresh and remove the bait, I guess the moose, panda and snails go up a bit. But I may never get a blazing lion.. because won't it shoot up like a rocket in value? I am ok if they remove the campfire bait, change is a good thing.

I think it is more likely that the campfire bait will stay in game, and in the future we will have the option of which bait to use. But who knows.

edit: There is a greyed image of 4 pets going around. Some sort of ice scorpion, ice wolf, and ice bear. The 4th pet looks like some odd ball of fluff. I hope there are 2 more pets that will be specific to the event (like flaming and ash zebra from last time), but guess we wait and see.

Honestly, Blazing Lion is criminally undervalued. You can basically get one for cow and little add, which is insanely cheap for a 1/10k pet. Also people don’t want it because it's a permanent pet like the gold and diamond pets, so unless it leaves game its going to keep dropping.

Woah, that's the first time an actual good concept seems to be getting added to the game. Hopefully the rest is included in some shape or form as well. Fandom concepts are underrated and rare in this community, but they're usually good. I've read the Hourfrost Dimension one and it's awesome

I don't think they'll remove the current lure baits, especially since some people aren't capable of getting the Blazing Lion, because of how hard it is to get, but they also it'd just give people more options of lures to place. I'd love for them to bring more kinds of Dimensions.
