This short video explores ‘five ways to wellbeing’ (Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning & Giving) with the additional action of being creative. Evidence suggests that building these six actions into our daily lives will enhance our wellbeing and although they will not prevent us from experiencing difficult times they will make it easier to navigate life’s hurdles and recover from those experiences when they occur.
