i also noticed this. i like it how her voice sounded more relaxed, soft, laid-back and casual when talking to Blade. gave me a sense that her trust for Blade runs pretty deep and that she feels safe with him around.
Kafka always struck me as the type to not show her vulnerabilities to just anyone, putting up that mischievous and flirty facade towards most. Of course, it's like that with anyone, putting up facades on how you want others to see you as. But only showing your more softer and more vulnerable sides to the ones you deeply trust. Like a feral cat exposing their belly for you.
