I wouldnt recommend players trying to push CH25 in the first season. This is unreasonable for F2P and Low Spenders and also its not that important. CH21/22 Is much more impactful

there should be a qualifier... rush city hall 25 for whales only and t5 rushers and city hall 22 for f2p and everyone not wanting to rush t5s

From 22 to 23 you need to upgrade the college so it’s a relatively easy jump except for the resources required it’s such a grind definitely invest heavily in architecture in the economy tree and find a gold manastone before upgrading it takes days off the build times and research cues

22 is the huge breakpoint and 23 for the researches. 25 is ofc the goal, but its not something you can rush. Just to go from 23 to 24 you need all military buildings 23, and you will need your production buildings maxed and even then if you dont donate the resources needed are MASSIVE. I am a spender and still am at resource choke right now from 23 to 24...
