Drivers paying for mass transit, but no money to improve their terrible roads, with obsolete design and terrible pavement conditions. The BQE is falling apart. Highways are the lifeblood of the world's economy. Not one loaf of bread you have ever purchased has made it to the grocery store by mass transit.
