And that small talk one is so accurate, i can genuinely just not stand people in general they are draining but will go to them when I feel like what I needed done is done and what I wanted to do I did.

The fact that you said and I quote "it's enough to make the sigma avoid leaving the house" brilliant.. Most ppl don't understand this and am ever so thankful you put it out there. And no for the normal ppl who are confused -

-we are not paranoid or spying on you or crazy it is because you wasted our time you, disturbed us, you didn't get the message and most of all how can you possibly not think that we have things to do and if we don't or it's disrupted by guess who... A person, then our day is over. The plan is ruined what do we do now? We are lost we have to preplan the entire day again hoping no one will intervine so we wait... And wait.... And wait.... Till the day is over and God forbid you do it again. We will never get anything done this is how a sigma oporates hl

You disturb our train of thaught or action it is early impossible to get in the same mood, the same energy, the same aura or environment and worst of all the time is different.

I can go on and on.. Initially the rule is give us our space, guess what. We will love you, surprise you, do things for you, you name it. But with disturbance... We can't even be ourself at times because we never have enough time to ourself.

We think and plan doing literally nothing for 2 hours then we do it. Now imagine you interrupt that! Inside we boil with anger how dare you. But outside we seem so interested and excited to hear about it. Here's a tip.

Instead of thinking about myself, I try and ask questions so I can further understand why they love it. Its selfish and narcissistic to be bored with someone. As if what I talk about is more important LOL.

Time is the most important person in life. He doesn't wait for others to come and join, just follow this concept. Don't wait for others, educate yourself keep going we are always alone, don't waste our valuable time for some waste actions like birthday celebrations, parties, etc.. Being a sigma man is the hardest. It is our nature to behave this way it's almost like instinct I say this because I have a hard time connecting with people or making them understand how I live or how my mind oporates. Before I even knew about the "sigma" male. I was lost and thaught something was wrong with me. But even after learning that ppl judge you if you yourself identify yourself as a sigma.
