Djo - Gloom (Music Video)

Wow, okay! After a little over a month of working on this thing, it's finally done!! I had a lot of fun doing this, and it was a big learning experience since I don't usually work with 2D animation. But I just knew I had to make a video for Gloom as soon as it came out and I gave it a listen.

"Gloom" is the second song on Djo's newest album, DECIDE. As an important note, this is a fanmade project, not official! I don't own any of Djo's music, and I'm not making money off of this video.

Just dropping a comment now to say THANK YOU!!! The support on this animation has been absolutely insane so far, and it's been really fun to read everyone's comments! I've been wanting to reply to everyone individually, but I think I'd sound like a broken record because really all I can say is thank you so so much.
To answer some questions I've seen pop up a few times, I'd love to do more Djo animations, but it really depends on how much time I have in the future! This music video took me a good 2 months to make, and was really only possible because I was just out of college and had a lot more free time on my hands. If anything, I'd really like to make a video showing some of my process for creating the music video, because It was really fun to work on!
Also, I have other social media where I post a lot more frequently, including some doodles of the characters in this video. I've added my handles to the video description, but I'll put them here too. Both my Instagram and Twitter handles are ‘kittick_art’

Oh my word! Your level of animation and storytelling is on full display here! I really dig your art style, b/c it reminds me of the cartoons "Time Warp Trio" and "the Secret Saturdays".
