Can you eat more than one dish for stacking effects or can you only have one dish active at a time? Also, do the buff timers run in real time or in-game time, and does it run out when you are logged out of the game?

Hello, on the topic of farming salt, do I have to farm mobs at my level, or can they also be below my level (I 30, mobs 8)? I've been farming for hours today and maybe got 2 salt. Am I doing something wrong or are the rates just that low? And yes, I beat the right mobs :D
