How many cores are assigned to each tile in the Leader Pipeline? For instance, I know Pack has a dedicated core, but for others like Sigverify and Bank, it seems there are more. Are these cores dynamically allocated depending on the tile?

Can RPC nodes do signature verification before they send to the leader, and if they send too many transactions that fail signature verification they get taxed and/or deprioritized?

Solana is soooo undervalued way ahead than other L1 😅 the only chain for mass adoption keeping the fees low . No more down times after updates people listening to the FUD unfortunately 😢
