No controversy. If anything Crawford seemed more bothered with Madrimov's awkward rhythm, and unorthodox style moreso than his punch power or size.
Bud got caught clean but was never hurt like we've seen him in previous fights which tells me 2 things: 1. Bud has a good chin and 2. The extra weight definitely helped with Bud's punch resistance.
As for Madrimov, he's definitely the real deal, I think he actually beats some top guys at 160, even 168 too, he's that good!!!!

What your missing is that Israel understood if he let his hands go he was going to get knocked out. He felt Buds power he watched the tapes. Fighters who mix it up with Bud and let their hands go get knocked out. Bud even went flat footed and put himself in punching range trying to get this guy to let his hands go. How in the hell do you win rounds or the fight if you don’t throw punches.
