My anima project is 1000frames and when i import the scene in 3ds max it automaticly sets the motion of the actors on 100 frames. Why is that?

Have tried to use the 4d characters with UE4, with an RTX 2080 laptop using Raytracing and dynamic lighting. Not great results. I’m guessing they have to be baked and non raytraced which is a shame.
