In Harrowstorm PTS patch 5.3.0, Stone Giant has been updated to this weird 2-part spammable move. How does this play out for stamina Dragonknights and Dragonknight tanks?
For stamDKs, the move itself still seems to be a decent spammable. In my brief tests, it pulled the highest DPS out of the three spammables I tested. It's definitely clunkier than it was and is a bit awkward to use, but it still works well as a spammable. For tanks, this change makes it difficult, but not impossible, to use for the Stagger debuff. You're ultimately using 1 extra cast for the same amount of stacks, but the cast time does mean you have to be a bit more tactical with it.
Generally speaking, I'd probably say that stamDKs can still use this as a spammable, but tanks will have a trickier time maintaining the full Stagger debuff. Again, not impossible, but definitely more difficult than it was before.
