The plank is a staple isometric exercise. However, one of the best things about is its scalability. In this video, we will be showing you how to properly position yourself to perform a kneeling plank. However, if it proves to difficult, it can be scaled easily to being performed on your hands versus your elbows and or it can be scaled with more difficulty to being performed on your feet (versus knees).
