So about the Star Wars fact, The Kessel Run is an old smuggling route and every smuggler has their own version of it. So when Han sad the falcon mace the Kessel Run in under 12 parsecs, he meant the Falcon managed to get through the route covering the least distance, because Han skirted through the Maw blackhole cluster which happened to be nearby, thereby reducing the standard distance. I think he was rather bragging about the ship's endurance than its speed

Excellent lesson; Maybe too in-depth though haha. I'm guessing these videos are mainly used for revision, so it would be great if there were shorter versions of them that were less explanatory.
