Im using this video for my students. What I really like is that you mentioned the formal, but didn't go into it. This is exactly what I was looking for, an introduction that doesn't get to confusing. In fact, I don't think teaching formal speaking is necessary for a beginner, but mentioning as you did is all that's necessary.

Be careful: you can say: ¿cómo estas? when you know the other person or have approximately the same age that you, but if the other person is older than you, you must use ¿cómo esta? (without "S") this is more formal.

Correct me if I'm wrong. - the expression Asi, Asi is used for a reply in Europe. North, Central and South Americans say Mas o Menos instead.

For the formal way, don't forget the subject pronoun: Usted. This word is spoken to show respect.

I like the format, BUT you might want to consider editing the "así-así" - In Spanish one says "más o menos"

No one really says "Así-Así" It almost has a ridiculous tone to it.

Me gusta la manera como presentas tu clase pero te haría un par de observaciones. La palabra "SO SO" significa "más o menos" esa es la forma correcta de traducir en español. La forma formal de preguntar sería ¿Cuál es su nombre? ¿Cómo se llama usted? ¿Cómo está usted Profesor? Por lo demás no hay ningún problema.

I'm a native Spanish speaker and I will NOT recommend this video or account, this person speaks better English than Spanish. "Asi-Asi" is the literal translation of so-so, which you will never say that in Spanish, you will say something like: "mas o menos". PLEASE TEACHERS LOOK FOR BETTER VIDEOS
