I would recommend against discounting for grand opening. We opened almost 6 years ago and chose to focus on quality and consistency. As a new restaurant you are basically guaranteed to be busy as a new establishment bc foodies all love to try the new place. The unfortunate side to this is most don’t understand the growing pains of a new restaurant and you might only get one shot at giving a great experience. Also if I wait in line for 30 min but get the best burrito/taco I’ve ever had I’m happy! If I wait 20 min in line and get mediocre burrito/taco that’s missing the sauce on the side I’m BS..🤷‍♂️
