Samsung Cloud Gallery Download & Samsung Cloud Drive Tutorial

Samsung has updated Samsung Cloud where you can now view your photos from your Gallery backup online & you can backup specific large files to your personal Samsung Cloud Drive. This will work on the latest Samsung devices.

I love Samsung Cloud for backing up notes, contacts, calendar, etc. It is particularly helpful to set up automatic backups of my Samsung phone and tablet. However, for images, I greatly prefer Google Photos for their unlimited storage (depending on resolution), cross platform (iPhone) support and the ability that gives me to share photos with my iPhone using wife & daughter. It takes away some of the sting when they give me grief for not having airdrop.

What is the difference between the Samsung Cloud Drive and the Gallery? I have my pictures set to automatically sync but when I search for them in the cloud drive I don't see them there.

Also, if link OneDrive acct, & happened to be biz (let’s say), how to switch to personal? AND, will get free 100gb storage for a year still?
Also, what if use correct personal OneDrive, but found wanted new OneDrive as space gone, or want separate from main personal OneDrive. How to create & sync/link NEW OneDrive acct? And again....will get free 100gb for 1 yr?
As no person knows, can explain, or do...would love if Samsung reached out & did 20 min Q&A w/ u in a vid....let’s say.

Hi, the Gallery option only loads 50 photos each time, and you can only download 500 photos batches, is there a quick option to select and download ALL PHOTOS?

I use Galaxy S6, as you know, this phone is already old. But it does its job and I still use it. I have used all 15gigs of memory, and since it's an older version, there is no way that I can access the tab where I can buy a plan with more storage. Any help?

Hi Bret . I'm a new subscriber .

I have 2 android samsung phones. An old one and 1 new . Today I received an email from Samsung cloud to say that, there is a notice that read, notice of Samsung Cloud Gallery Sync/Drive service termination ( update 2021/04/26 ) I think that this means that what ever data I have will be deleted .

I have literally got thousands of pictures / videos saved on my Google Photos . I know I can buy more storage than the free 15gb of data than I have but I don't want to buy more . What I do want to do is basically take all photos / videos and data and move it over to an external 8tb SeaGate external USB that plugs into a USB port in my laptop . Is there a way that I can just select every single photo video etc that I have and send it over to the external harddrive and then once it's sent over to the 8tb USB I can delete them from the drive to free up space .

its amazing how no ever talks about samsung cloud on the s10 .. your the only video that popped out less then 3 months but this is for the note9. the s10 app looks totally different
