i think all the supers would name Christy. I saw an interview with Carla Bruni, who is no slouch, saying something like: "You get ready, you feel beautiful. And then you stand next to Christy Turlington.."

People also need to keep in mind all these people have seen Christy in person during her prime. Seeing someone (like a model or celebrity) is a whole different experience. To me, Christy is so unique and elegant yet striking!

Wow... Naomi, Christie Brinkley, Cindy Crawford and former Vogue Editor Kate Betts have all said Christy Turlington... I mean I think many of the Supermodels were drop dead gorgeous. I mean yes I do agree about Kristy. I also think Stephanie Seymour, Karen Mulder and Yasmeen Ghauri were quite strikingly beautiful in their own way.

I’m sure all of the models in the 90s would say Christy Turlington without hesitating. I absolutely adore how she’s a classic (conventional?) beauty but still unique and refreshing. I really love her lips and of course, her bone structure. To be fair, I really love all of the supers of the 90s. They may have the same specialties (Christy and Kate with their cheekbones, Linda and Shalom for their chameleon like presence on the runway, etc) but each are in a league of their own. You don’t see Nadja, Claudia and Karen solely as the German blonde barbies and not see their own unique charms. Basically what I’m saying is the supers may have some common specialties but they are still their own person in the industry.

In terms of facial beauty, I always thought Christy was incredible. Her face is very proportional. I think Shalom Harlow and Elaine Irwin were also incredibly beautiful. In terms of new models Grace Elizabeth is stunning. She looks like a super from the 90s.

I was a kid/teenager in the 90´s and I remember seeing all these supermodels being so stunning, very beautiful and elegant, with amazing bodies. Now most of the models are "naahh"
