Type "tilt", press-and-hold, choose the menu option. Literally, if you're up-to-date with Swiftkey, they put this in as an easter egg in a previous update!

You can't input letters, only pick from the suggestions, but I was properly amused that it actually existed at all.

Type the word "Tilt" into a text box and long press it, then select the input. (Only seems to work when you roll the ball into predictions.)

It's real! I tried it. Just open an app to bring up Swiftkey and type "tilt". Then long press on the tilt prediction and it will pull up a menu for Swiftkey Tilt. :)

This is great but the future of typing lies in the fastest mode of putting thought to paper. The fastest way is in the thumbs, manual keying but the 'tilt' is a step toward a more efficient means expression. Perhaps when tilt has been used enough, that in the very sight of seeing someone 'tilt' we are able to understand what they are saying, similar to dancing. Tilting becomes a form of dance, where the communication happens in two levels.
Minimal and effortless is key for this company.

Type the word TILT, then long press Tilt in the Prediction box, it will give you 2 options "Remove" and "Swiftkey Tilt".. tap Swiftkey Tilt and it enables Tilt feature.. :D The swiftkey ball drops on your keyboard and you can do the swiftkey tilt shake and do the body typing!!
