This performance is from Top of the Pops, 4th October 1974.
That was the best-quality upload featuring this performance that I could find online, and it features that entire edition of TOTP. It is a mimed performance to the single, so I have replaced the audio track with a high-quality one of the single, and this involved slowing down the footage slightly, as it was running a bit too fast compared to the HQ audio track I am using. To create a good ending for the video, I created a freeze-frame of the light bulb so that it stays on screen longer, and then faded it to black. The source video was also out-of-sync, with the picture running late compared to the sound, so I have fixed that. I have also upscaled the resolution from 480p to 1080p, as this increases the bitrate, which slightly improves picture quality at all the different resolution settings the viewer can select and allows for the highest quality audio, but please be aware that playing it at the 1080p setting is not going to make it look as good as a true 1080p video. I have also added optional subtitles for the lyrics.

Lyrics:
"Magic"
- Pilot
(Words and Music by David Paton and Billy Lyall)
Oh, ho, ho, it's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
It's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
Never been awake
Never seen a daybreak
Leaning on my pillow in the morning
Lazy day in bed
Music in my head
Crazy music playing in the morning light
Oh, ho, ho, it's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
It's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
I love a sunny day
Dream of far away
Dreaming on my pillow in the morning
Never been awake
Never seen a daybreak
Leaning on my pillow in the morning light
Oh, ho, ho, it's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
It's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
[Break]
Oh, ho, ho, it's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
It's magic
You know
Never believe it's not so
