Hertz Car Audio Upgrade - KIA RIO Stealth Mode

This Kia Rio came in for stealthy audio upgrade without having any changes in the interior .

The owner wanted to just have some crazy loud sound.

We went in for the hertz Dieci series speakers, a 5 channel HCP amp and an Energy Sub box.

Audio quality doesn't just depend on a bigger speaker or watts. A bigger role is to soundproof the doors and trunk with the right materials before starting to build a more powerful system inside. In the previous Kia Rio UB III model (3 Doors), the low end area (from 33Hz to 60 Hz) is full of dips and peaks. Then 60hz-80Hz there is a huge modal dip. I have given up on it. That car is not for car audio sub bass. The only way is to tune the whole thing with a separate dsp, capable of parametric eq, delay and phase changes, good measuring microphone, a laptop and RoomEQ or similar.
