I totally disagree with the reviewer on the macro shot of the leaf at 1:45. Pixel 6 pic of the leaf was way more clear! I can’t wait to get my Pixel!! As an iPhone user for three straight years I’m so excited to be making the switch back to the Pixel. Can’t wait to take pics!!!

Comparing the phones at 3x zoom rather than the optical zoom lens magnification is unfair to the pixel. The iPhone's 3x zoom is optical because of the lens, whereas the pixel has to digitally zoom with the primary lens until 4x. Nevertheless, the pixel still won, but I think it's an important point to note.

Wouldn't 3x zoom on the Pixel just crop in from the main sensor as the pixel zoom sensor shoots at 4x zoom? Might explain why the iPhone looks much better at 3x.

The video quality on the new Pixel 6 is quite improved in comparison with the previous gen.

I like the pixel's colors better, it's all subjective but I prefer vibrant and detailed photos more than dull and flat colors even though they might be more realistic. I think the vibrancy is what really makes a photo stand out.

My dear expert, at this time pixel is not using its telephoto lens.

We have to remember this review is prior to the October 27th camera and software update they are releasing so please keep that in mind.

I prefer the Pixel images processing, that signature contrasty moody look continues

There's nothing cinematic about "Cinematic Mode" on iPhone 🤭. But the Cinematic Pan on the Pixel is just beautiful 😍😍😍

I'm truly surprised with the video quality on the pixel, overall aside from the stabilization which is slightly better on the iPhone I prefer it, and we all know google keeps updating the camera constantly and improving things so that's something that could get even better.

Provided the Pixel is yet to experience software updates in the upcoming days, but has been able to match the iphone boot for boot irrespectively, should tell you which is better in terms of camera.

Personally, i think a revolution is beginning to take place.

Overall it shows that over the past 5 years Pixel has set a new standard for mobile photography that pushed the rest of the companies to do better and better each year

definitely pixel 6 in my own opinion, the details are amazing on both phones and the iPhone gets color accuracy, but i honestly prefer the look to the pixel 6 photos, it makes the world just seem less dreary and dull like you want in some photos. Pixel 6 wins it for me, but that is my own opinion on it

Have you updated the camera software on the Pixel to the latest version? I have heard that this should improve the video stabilization a lot.

I kind of like the warmer color tone that comes out of the pixel. I usually edit my photos to be warmer so maybe I won't have to do that anymore. For video....both still need work for me. Both have a lot of noise with motion unless that's YouTube compression making it look that way.
