In this capsule hotel experience video in Tokyo, Japan I visit two capsule hotels (both luxury capsules) but at a budget and an expensive price point! Capsule hotels are pod-like rooms perfect for a few nights stay. The first hotel is Hotel Zen Tokyo which is inspired by tea-house architecture. They invited me to stay but all opinions are my own. It's a luxury capsule hotel at an extremely affordable price!

The second Japanese capsule hotel is First Cabin. First Cabin has multiple locations and is very popular in Tokyo! Feels like you're sleeping in a first-class/business class cabin. I paid for this and what I found most worth it was their public bath with the sauna. It felt so good after a long day out walking around Tokyo.

i have a strange obsession with japans capsule hotels. i am dying to travel there and stay in a few around japan and see the landscape. i’ve always thought japan was so beautiful.

as an american im blown away by japans capsule hotels and the trust in their people. their capsule hotels only succeed because they’re intelligent, kind, trusting people who do not ruin it for the next person imo.

i hope one day im lucky enough to visit japan and see its beauty in person and stay in a few capsule hotels.

I would avoid capsule hotels until covid is over. But it was a very interesting and humbling experience for me during my stay in Japan... everything's so compact yet so self-sufficient!

Love this lady, this year stayed in the capsule Hotel /hostel she reviewed I Bangkok because of the way she reviewed it. It was great and just as good. I like the 1st hostel better. The 2nd one looks like a regular hotel room with communal facilities but I like the chair in the restroom + public bath.

I think I would have personally preferred the Zen hotel because of the small detail of comfortability. I rather feel more at home than somewhere "luxurious". Loved the video!😊

I think the Millennials in Shibuya (or Kyoto) is also worth checking out, especially the capsule with the projector screen. The adjustable bed was the most comfortable in my entire Japan trip, including a luxury hotel!
