That moment when you have this in your cat cupboard... lol

They have this one product that is dried pumpkin puree and apple pectin that's pretty good. It makes it really easy to add to wet food or mix up with dry.

My problem is having to buy a large can of pumpkin for just the small amount needed. Sure, I can freeze the extra in ice cube trays. But it's never thawed out when I need it. I wish pumpkin puree was sold in 8oz cans. Plus, my cats aren't crazy about anything that has pumpkin in it.

The xab is pretty big. Thinking of freezing into single use small ice cubes and storing in ziploc bag in freezer. 🤔 any thoughts 💭?

I think pumpkin is a weak fiber. I prefer psyllium husk to treat diarrhea, hairball, and mild digestive issues.

Any idea on where to get animal based fiber? I saw an old article on how cheetahs process cartilage and fur on rabbits like fiber. I'd live to get them species appropriate fiber, but all I can find is stuff for them to chew rather than to add to their food.
