It is required to design a garage monitoring system as shown in figures 1. The system has the following specifications:
1) The garage has a separate entry gate and exit gate
2) Both gates have a sensitive infrared (IR) sensor that senses the vehicles entering (for the input gate), or exits (for the output gate)
3) The monitoring system counts the number of vehicles entering or leaving, and the number of cars displayed on a 7-segment display
4) If the full capacity of the garage is completed (30 cars), a literal display (OC) is displayed to tell the passengers " the garage is occupied"
